ESI is a certified Small Disadvantaged Business participating in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) development program.

As an 8(a) firm, we may be awarded sole source federal contracts up to $3 million. Agencies that wish to utilize ESI through the 8(a) program must follow rules, which are set out in 13 CFR 124.502. The easiest way to do this is to contact our Small Business Administration office via an “offer” letter and send it by email to:
