Environmental Science International – A full-service environmental consulting firm that specializes in environmental assessment, investigation, remediation, planning, and management.

We have performed more than 1,900 projects, ranging from small projects of short duration to large investigations that span several years. The complexity and magnitude of our projects have ranged from complete property redevelopment (i.e., planning, demolition, environmental characterization, hazard evaluation, remedial analysis, public participation, remediation, solid and hazardous waste management, environmental oversight of site construction) to the assessment of mold at a private residence.

 

On the federal side of ESI operations, our staff excels at the long-term management of complex task orders involving site investigations under CERCLA. For more than a decade, they have managed multiple task order awards contemporaneously at multiple Department of Defense installations and former installations.

On the industrial side of ESI operations, our staff has provided long-term management of portfolios for petroleum companies and industrial facilities subject to regulation under CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act. Members of our staff have provided comprehensive services to the owners and operators of bulk fuel terminals, asphalt plants, asphalt terminals, concrete plants, and quarries.

On the commercial side of our ESI operations, our staff has excelled at performing due diligence assessments for property transactions and corporate acquisitions. The ESI staff includes professionals with over two decades of experience with underground storage tank investigations, site assessments, and Phase I environmental site assessments. Our staff’s expertise includes asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold investigations.
